I’m proud to be a sponsor of ISPWP contests and was thrilled to hear that Olivia Brown won the Willow Album Design prize from a recent quarterly contest. She’s a great photographer and sent over a beautiful set of images hoping for a wedding design with classic layouts.

Finao Albums featured at WPPI

One of the reasons I’ve been out of town lately is to help Finao Albums out at their tradeshows for PPA and WPPI!

SLR Lounge interviewed Keith Piccione, one of Finao’s co-founders. One of the subjects of the interview is a new album I’m so excited about, and the example Keith shows is an album designed by Willow Album Design!

I’m proud of this album and love seeing it and all the other work Finao prints for Willow clients on display at each tradeshow.

Last Sale Day & Vacation Announcements

Today is the last day of the winter album sale, so if you’d like to save a bit more now is the time to do it. To qualify for the sale pricing, you much submit your album design worksheet by 11:59pm EST. If you submit in the evening hours, I may not be invoicing you until tomorrow morning, but invoices must also be paid for by the end of tomorrow to qualify. Please, please submit any albums you’d like finished soon today and qualify for the sale!

Also, in other news, I’ll be closed for a bit! From February 17-March 17 I’ll be closed to get married, go to WPPI (find me at the Finao booth again!), go to India, shoot a wedding, and tack on a little honeymoon at the end there. There will be three days in between WPPI and our trip to India in which I will catch up on album revisions. I appreciate everyone’s understanding while I close down for this time.

Jerry Frazier just sent this set of images over to me a few days ago, and I’m very happy with the resulting album. It looks like the couple has an edgy side mixed with boldness, so I incorporated that into the album design.

Hot New Samples!

For many photographers, the winter and early spring months are spent catching up while the gear up for the next wedding season. It looks like this year is no different, as I’ve been designing a lot of sample albums for current Willow Album Design clients.
